Fredric's path to engineering began in the demanding world of nuclear safety, where precision and accountability were part of everyday life. Since then, he has built solid experience through diverse consulting assignments and several years in the elevator industry serving a global client base. He brings deep knowledge of production development, mechanical design, and manufacturing processes - ranging from injection molding to aluminum extrusion. Combining creativity as a drive and motivator with a strong sense of structure makes Fredric the perfect fit for the EVOE way of working.
